A month or so ago, we received an email from Petter & Linn, a young Swedish photographer/journalist couple who said they were planning to travel through New York, California and Central America in search of inspirational stories and individuals to feature on their lifestyle/travel/surf blog, www.sunshinestories.com.
It seemed easy enough to give them a tour of the factory and tell them a little bit about our lives, Bing Surfboards, maybe even take them for a quick surf. But after perusing their blog, there was just something about this fascinating young Swede couple that prompted us to invite them into our home and show them a real taste of our lives in Encinitas, California…from an epic California logging session at SanO, to realizing their fantasy of drinking out of “red plastic party cups” at a Wegener New Year’s Eve bash and eating In-n-Out burgers, I think that Petter & Linn not only found their inspiration but also fulfilled their California dreams.
