This is Ed. Ed has been building surfboards for what he describes as “too long.” I walked into the factory today and Ed was hand sanding this glass on single fin, one stroke at a time, as patient and diligent as if it was his own board. What I love about Bing is that each person is here , fully committed to the craftsmanship of the process and with the same goal – not to chase fads or notoriety, but to build the best possible surfboard – one cut, one lamination, one sanding block, one board at a time. So here’s to our crew! Thanks for all your hard work! You make this place great.

Name, hometown, and surfboard brand.
Josh Peterson, hometown Virginia Beach (born) Haleiwa (currently living), and my brand is Peterson Surfcraft.
When and where did you start surfing? Describe your first surfboard.
I started surfing when I was about 15 in Virginia Beach, and my first board was an old funboard from WRV that was about 7’6” and had glass on thrusters and an insane airbrush.
