Seea Swimwear Launch Event & Mele Saili Art Show
This last Friday we officially launched Seea Swimwear at the Bing Surf Shop here in Encinitas and we decided to celebrate with an art show featuring Bing’s own Mele Saili, and a Nathan Oldfield film premier. It was such a fun evening filled with great conversations and new friends. Everyone got to sip on complimentary ZIOBAFFA Wine and enjoy delicious cheese platters while also checking out the custom Seea x Bing Longboard that we are raffling off on June 1 (ps. if you still haven’t bought your $10 raffle ticket, there is still time, you can do it here.) These events get us stoked and are one of the great purposes of our surf shop. We want to be a community fixture where people can come to enjoy one another, talk surf, and hopefully make a few new friends. This Summer we are going to keep the community events rolling so be sure to check back as we announce the next Bing Surf Shop party.

When and where did you start surfing? Describe your first surfboard.
I started surfing when I was about 15 in Virginia Beach, and my first board was an old funboard from WRV that was about 7’6” and had glass on thrusters and an insane airbrush.
