The second premiere of Bing Surfboards 60th Anniversary documentary titled, "THINK BING" was shown on August 21st, 2019 at the California Surf Museum in Oceanside, CA to a full house. The night was lively and full of stoke! The panel of speakers included Bing Copeland ( Founder ), Chris Del Moro ( Artist / Surfer ), Matt Calvani ( Master Shaper ), Bryce Lowe White ( Director ), and Duke Boyd ( creator of Hang Ten ). When and where did you start surfing? Describe your first surfboard.
I started surfing when I was about 15 in Virginia Beach, and my first board was an old funboard from WRV that was about 7’6” and had glass on thrusters and an insane airbrush.
